We collect media/storage permissions to allow users to upload documents, homework, study materials, and profile images within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect personal information so that tuition owners, teachers, and students can communicate effectively, track attendance, manage fees, and coordinate academic activities efficiently.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Academic Data

We store academic data including attendance records, exam results, homework submissions, and fee payment history. This data is used solely for the purpose of managing tuition centre operations and is accessible only to authorised admins, teachers, and the individual student.

4. Data Security

We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the tuition centre/admin, and their teachers and students.

We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

5. Controlling Your Information

Both admins and their students/teachers have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.

Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including attendance records, exam results, fee records, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
