We collect media/storage permissions to allow users to upload profile images and relevant files within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect personal information so that salon owners can manage appointments, staff schedules, and client bookings effectively, and so clients can book and track their appointments.

Client visit history and preferences are stored to improve the booking experience and personalise salon services.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Appointment & Client Data

We store appointment history, service preferences, and booking records for each client. This data is used solely to manage salon operations and is accessible only to the salon owner, their staff, and the individual client.

4. Data Security

We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the salon owner, and their clients and staff.

We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

5. Controlling Your Information

Both salon owners and their clients have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.

Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including appointment history, service records, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
