Privacy Policy
Event InOuts (Organizer & Visitor) | Effective Date: January 2025
1. Information We Collect
We collect personal information such as your name, phone number, and email address to identify users and generate e-passes for events.
For unregistered visitors who generate an e-pass, we collect their email address to deliver the digital ticket. Registered users' profile data is stored securely in our system.
We collect media/storage permissions to allow users to save and access their digital e-passes and tickets within the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to enable organizers to create and manage events and for visitors to register, generate e-passes, and attend events.
Email addresses are used to deliver e-passes to unregistered visitors. Personal information is used for identity verification at the point of entry.
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Identity Verification
When a visitor's e-pass is scanned at an event, identity verification may be performed to ensure the correct person is admitted. This is a core security feature of the app designed to protect all event participants.
4. Data Security
We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the event organizer, and the visitor.
We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
5. Controlling Your Information
Registered users have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.
Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including event registrations, tickets, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
