Purpose of the app
It’s an event-management app for both organizers and visitors. It helps organizers to create events, manage visitor lists, and mark attendance. For visitors (attendees), the app allows them to browse events, register or generate e-passes for the event, and view their tickets.
Since attendee identity is verified, the app likely collects personal data (as part of pass generation). Proper data protection (storage, encryption) is maintained. Seamless ticket generation from mobile. No need to carry physical tickets — e-Pass is digital.

Event Creation & Management
Organizers can create new events via the app. They can manage event details, possibly including date, time, venue, and other metadata. They have access to a visitor list — meaning they can see who is coming / has registered.
e-Passes / Tickets
Visitors can download an e-Pass (digital ticket) for events. This e-Pass can be scanned by organizers to mark attendance. When scanning, there is also a visitor identity verification step, which suggests some security — ensuring the person presenting the pass is the correct visitor.
Visitor Management
Organizers can view a list of their visitors / people who have generated e-passes. They can track attendance, i.e. who actually showed up. For visitors: they can see “saved events” and their tickets inside the app.
User Identity & Authentication
Anyone (even unregistered users) can view events and generate e-passes. But, if a visitor generates a pass without logging in, the e-Pass is sent to their email, which acts as a method of identity verification. If a visitor signs up / logs in, then they can download their tickets directly within the app (i.e. no need to rely on email).
Attendance Verification
At the event, the organizer can scan the e-Pass of a visitor. That scan is used to mark attendance. The scan also triggers ID verification — meaning there is some check that the person holding the pass is the correct person.
