We collect personal information so that admins, reviewers, and team members can communicate effectively and manage document approval workflows efficiently.

Location data is collected because the core purpose of the app is to allow admins to verify document-related task completion at specific locations.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Location Data

We collect real-time location information (with your permission) to help administrators verify that document tasks are completed at the correct physical locations. This is a core feature and the app will not function correctly without location access where required.

4. Data Security

We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the company/admin, and their team members.

We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Data access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Controlling Your Information

Both admins and their team members have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.

Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including documents, approval records, messages, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
