We collect location details for which location permission is required on your device. This is used to track employees for admins/companies and to verify task completion at specific locations.

Account information including encrypted passwords and profile data is also collected.

We collect personal information so that admins and employees can communicate effectively and so that companies can manage their workforce in a swift and efficient manner.

Location data is collected because the core purpose of the app is to allow admins/companies to track their employees' locations and verify task completion.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Location Data

We collect real-time location information (with your permission) to help company administrators monitor employee movements for task tracking and reporting purposes. This is a core feature of the app and will not function correctly without location access.

4. Data Security

We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the company/admin, and their employees.

We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. Data access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Controlling Your Information

Both admins and their employees have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.

Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including attendance records, documents, messages, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
