We collect location details for which location permission is required on your device. This is used to track field sales representatives' visit locations and verify task completion at client sites.
We also collect media/storage permissions to allow users to upload documents and client-related files within the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We collect personal information so that admins and sales representatives can communicate effectively and manage sales activities, leads, and client visits efficiently.
Location data is collected because the core purpose of the app is to allow sales managers to track their field reps' locations during client visits and verify task completion at specific sites.
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Location Data
We collect real-time location information (with your permission) to help sales managers monitor field representatives during client visits and verify that sales activities are performed at the correct locations. This is a core feature of the app.
4. Data Security
We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the company/admin, and their sales team members.
We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
5. Controlling Your Information
Both admins and their sales representatives have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.
Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including visit records, leads, client data, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
