We collect media/storage permissions to allow users to upload product images, invoices, and other shop-related documents within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect personal information so that shop owners and staff can manage inventory, billing, and customers effectively, and so customers can be identified in the shop management system.

Customer purchase history is stored to enable accurate billing, loyalty tracking, and business analytics for the shop owner.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Business & Transaction Data

We store transaction records, inventory data, and customer purchase history. This data is used solely to manage shop operations and is accessible only to the shop owner and their authorised staff.

4. Data Security

We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the shop owner, and their staff and customers.

We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

5. Controlling Your Information

Both shop owners and their staff have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.

Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including transaction records, inventory data, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
