Location data is collected because the core purpose of our apps is to allow admins/companies to track their employees' locations and verify task completion in an easy manner.
Strict Safety Policy
We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the company/admin, and their employees.
We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
Controlling Your Information
Both admins and their employees have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.
Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including attendance records, documents, messages, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
