We collect media/storage permissions to allow users to upload training materials, documents, and learning resources within the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We collect personal information so that organisations can manage their internal knowledge bases, training modules, and learning paths for their teams effectively.

Learning progress and assessment results are stored to enable managers to track team development and for individuals to monitor their own progress.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.

3. Data Security

We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the organisation admin, and their team members.

We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.

All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Controlling Your Information

Both organisation admins and their team members have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.

Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including learning progress, assessment records, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
