We collect personal information such as name, phone number, email address, and address of fish merchants, staff, and customers to properly organise all users within the system.
We collect media/storage permissions to allow users to upload photos of fish stock, invoices, and other business-related documents within the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We collect personal information so that fish merchants can manage their stock, orders, customer billing, and supplier records effectively.
Customer purchase records are stored to enable accurate billing and business analytics for the merchant.
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Data Security
We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the merchant, and their staff and customers.
We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
4. Controlling Your Information
Users have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.
Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including transaction records, stock history, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
