We collect personal information such as name, phone number, email address, and address of hotel managers, staff, and guests to properly organise all users within the system.
We collect media/storage permissions to allow users to upload documents, identification records, and hotel-related files within the app.
2. How We Use Your Information
We collect personal information so that hotel managers can manage room bookings, guest check-ins/check-outs, housekeeping schedules, and billing effectively.
Guest stay records are stored to enable accurate billing, loyalty tracking, and hotel management analytics.
We do not use your data for advertising or marketing purposes.
3. Data Security
We do not share anyone's personal data outside of our organisation. Your data exists solely between InOutsTech, the hotel management, and their guests and staff.
We never store passwords in plain text. All passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing algorithms before storage.
All data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
4. Controlling Your Information
Both hotel managers and staff have the right to delete their profiles from the system at any time.
Once a profile is deleted, all associated data — including booking records, billing history, and personal information — is permanently and irreversibly removed from our servers.
